Media Accreditation

Accreditation will be available in May 2026.

Pre-registration for Media

Media pre-registration for InnoTrans Asia 2027 will open at a later date. Accredited media will be invited to apply online for a media badge once registration begins. 

Media badges are reserved exclusively for accredited trade news journalists and photojournalists covering topics relevant to the exhibition.

During registration, applicants must provide proof of journalistic and editorial status. One of the following documents is required:

  • An official press card issued by a recognised journalists’ association (for example, a national press association)
  • A business card clearly showing the applicant’s journalism role
  • In addition, applicants must submit at least one published article (print or online) dated within six months prior to the event.
  • Please note that presenting a press card alone is not sufficient. The organiser reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic employment.
Media Badge Conditions
  • Valid from 7-9 September 2027, 09:00am to 06:00pm (GMT +8, Singapore time)
  • Grants complimentary access to the exhibition halls and conferences across all three days
  • Non-transferable and issued to the profile provided during registration
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke badges if conditions are not met. Journalists found soliciting for business or selling advertising will be asked to leave.
Non-eligible Applicants

Applicants without editorial credentials such as account managers, sales managers, advertising staff, marketing or PR professionals, or representatives from PR or marketing agencies are not eligible for media accreditation. These individuals are welcome to register as Trade Visitors, which provides full access to the exhibition and official programme.

Registration and Approval
  • Media pre-registration closes on 30 June 2027, 12:00pm (GMT +8, Singapore time)
  • Onsite media registration will not be available
  • Each successful application receives one media pass only
  • A unique email address is required for each registration
  • All applications are reviewed and subject to approval by the InnoTrans Asia Press Team
  • Applicants will receive a status update from 7 July 2027 onwards, or within two weeks if applying after this date
